When you book through us we can get you perks and benefits at Virtuoso* and partner hotels that you cannot get when you book directly or through an online booking engine. These valuable benefits often include complimentary breakfast for two, an upgrade on arrival and resort, spa or food and beverage credit.

*please note that if the hotel is not a member of Virtuoso we will not be able to get you Virtuoso benefits.*

CUSTOM TRIP PLANNING

TRIP PLANNING FEE

  • $100 per adult and $50 per child trip planning fee for a trip that is 14 days or less
  • $150 per adult and $100 per child trip planning fee for a trip that is up to 30 days
  • The fee for trips longer than 30 days will be determined on a case-by-case basis

Itinerary Management fee – 15%

For maximum transparency, we request NET pricing (meaning pricing without a markup) from our partners and charge a 15% itinerary management fee on all services we book. The itinerary management fee does not apply to hotels that we book directly.

LATE BOOKING FEE

Travel that is requested less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to a $250 late booking fee.

CANCELLATION FEE

Confirmed trips canceled by the client prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the trip.

 

These fees include our initial consultation, research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. We book the components included in your itinerary and manage the booking with personal attention to detail. Additionally, we are here for support while you travel and we always follow up with you upon your return to go over all the details of your trip.

 

All fees are non-refundable and subject to change on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex nature of travel planning, we prefer to handle the whole booking process and not to book “A la Carte” components to a trip that you have already partially booked on your own. We have learned from experiences that it can be confusing for everyone to have different components booked by different people and makes it very hard for us to ensure the level of service we aim to provide on all trips.
